CRTC wants cell phone contracts changed

Cell phone contracts in Canada are so complicated, many lawyers have trouble getting through them.

Those contracts are also onerous and among the most expensive in the world, which is why the CRTC is considering the introduction of a national code of conduct for wireless services.
