Meet the voice of Canadian music in Europe

Shain Shapiro's job is to promote independent Canadian music in the U.K. and the European Union, a job that has become a little easier since the success of bands such as The Arcade Fire.

Shain is in Whitehorse to conduct a workshop for local musicians.
