Bold plans to increase donor rate in Canada

More than 4500 Canadians waited for an organ transplant last year, and nearly 250 died while they were waiting, according to the Canadian Institute For Health Information.

Canada's record for organ donations is in the middle of the pack when it comes to industrialized nations, and some new plans to better than record are bold, and proving controversial.
