Canadian scientists are building a better apple
You know how sometimes you do the right thing, bring some fruit to work, but if you don't eat it quick enough it turns all brown and gross?
Thankfully, there is a group of Canadian scientists who hate that as well, and they've found a way to stop that from happening.
