Hotel's new owners planning big changes

The Klondike Inn has been a summer-only operation for a number of years now, but that's about to change.

The hotel has been sold to a company that owns a number of hotels in Alaska, and they're planning a $2M retrofit, and that could be just the beginning of the changes.

Bal Golsal is one of the owners of the Winterfell Hotel Group, the new owners of the K.I.
