Play explores the passion of Rider Nation

RiderGirl.pngWhen Colleen Sutton decided to debut her play Rider Girl, she chose a very difficult venue: the Winnipeg Fringe Festival.

That's not because the Winnipeg Fringe isn't an excellent place to debut a play, but it's the home of the Blue Bombers, and a play about their bitter rivals across the border in Saskatchewan would be a tough sell.

It turns out Bomber fans embraced Rider Girl, and now she hopes other Canadian theatre audiences do the same.
