Yukon First Nations plan housing developments
Housing is difficult to come by in the Yukon these days, it's even been deemed a crisis in the city of Whitehorse.
Some Yukon First Nations want to develop their own land, a plan that could help alleviate some of the problems, but they're running into red tape.
Emmie Fairclough is the manager of Lands, Resources and Heritage with the Ta'an Kwacha'an First Nation, which is building a country residential subdivision just north of Whitehorse.
