Health care coaches could be on the horizon

Chronic diseases like diabetes and heart disease are among the leading causes of death and disability in Canada, and take up more than half of all health care spending.

Many of those diseases are also preventable, and that means Canada's health care system could follow the American lead and introduce health care coaches.
