Lawsuit attacks cell phone fees
Canadians pay some of the highest cell phone rates in the world, and "system access fees" are one of the reasons.
Cell phone companies stopped charging the fees a few years ago, but lingering resentment over the costs led to a class action lawsuit from several customers.
The Supreme Court of Canada has now ruled that the lawsuit can go ahead.
