Lance Armstrong faces fresh doping charges

Lance Armstrong has always denied he ever used performance-enhancing drugs during his cycling career, but those allegations have continued to dog him, even in retirement.

Now, the U.S. Anti-Doping Agency has launched formal proceedings against Armstrong and five of his former teammates.

Matt Hansen is a former pro cyclist and a writer with Canadian Cyclist magazine.
