Defining the Yukon's cuisine
What kind of food defines the Yukon? And what book best captures the flavour of the territory?
Those are the questions CBC Books is trying to answer. The national books portal is building a national cookbook shelf, seeking the titles that are emblematic of the cuisine in each region of the country.
In each area, an avid reader and food expert comes up with five titles, and those books are voted on by people across the country.
