Study confirms telephone therapy works

Talk therapy has proven to be an effective tool in helping people deal with issues like depression, but getting people to visit the therapist can be difficult, especially if they live in a small community.

According to a study published in the Journal of American Medical Association, telephone therapy could be a good substitute for face-to-face visits.
