It's just the latest in a series of honours Gray has received for her book.

American paddler sets stand up record

Ben Friberg is just waiting for the people who run the Guinness Book of World Records to confirm him as the new holder of the distance record for stand up paddling.

Friberg made his attempt on the Yukon River recently, starting at the north end of Lake Laberge.
