Jurors wanted

Sheriffs spent two days combing the streets of Whitehorse, trying to find enough people to fill the jury box for a murder trial.

After approaching people on the streets and in coffee shops and issuing subpoenas to citizens, they eventually found enough people to form a jury.

Steven Penney is a law professor at the University of Alberta.
