SNAP program gives girls anti-bullying tools

Bullying has become one of the biggest problems facing young people in every part of Canada, and incidents of bullying among young girls in particular is on the rise.

A program introduced in the Yukon a year ago is designed to help kids control agry feelings and get them to stop before lashing out.

SNAP stands for Stop Now and Plan.
