Yukon panel tackles Canada Reads titles

CanadaReads2012.jpgThe organizers of Canada's leading literary battle changed things up this year, in a big way.

Normally, Canada Reads panelists debate the merits of fiction titles, but for the 10th anniversary of the event it was decided to make this a non-fiction contest.

The books nominated are The Game by Ken Dryden, Something Fierce by Carmen Aguirre, On A Cold Road by Dave Bidini, The Tiger by John Vaillant and Prisoner of Tehran by Marina Nemat.

Airplay's Canada Reads panelists put those titles to the test in our own one-hour debate. The panelists are Jerome Stueart, Sarah Crane and Victoria Castillo.
