Health care funding formula has its critics
The federal government has committed to a health care funding policy that would guarantee a set amount of money for the next 10 years, but that long-range plan has plenty of critics among provincial and territorial health ministers.
Their biggest concern seems to be with the way the formula was announced, without any negotiation between the provinces and territories and Ottawa.
