Report recommends kids start school even earlier

According to the authors of The Early Years Study, children should begin their formal education when they're as young as two years old.

The authors of the report say those early years are the key to establishing good learning patterns and social skills.

Kerry McCuaig is one of the authors of the report, along with the late Dr. Fraser Mustard.
