Group calls for university North of 60

There are plenty of countries who have established universities north of the 60th parallel, but not Canada.

Among circumpolar nations, the lack of a university in the arctic is a glaring omission, according to James Stauch.

Stauch is the vice president of programs and operations for the Gordon Foundation.
