Critics lining up against lawful access legislation

It wasn't included in the so-called omnibus crime bill introduced in the House of Commons, but the new lawful access legislation, which would allow law enforcement much greater access to Canadians' on line profiles, is expected soon.

Critics say the legislation would give police too much power over the virtual world.
