Hallelujah Brothers and Sisters!! My winter's reading is set and my deeper ad media studies enjoyed at waaaaayy lower costs than the poncy grad courses I rejected thanks to the fab reco reading list and the happy and precipitous arrival of THE BOOK...chock full of laffs and gaffs amidst the telling insights I am sure. Looking forward to Jan'10 too.

News of a book, from one of the only radio shows I seek out, sent me to google, which sent me to this wonderful page. Now I can hear the shows I missed. Good book with one amazing omission: the company today that probably best exemplifies the "deal" with the 'listener' wasn't mentioned. Google doesn't just give you a search engine, it gives you email, mapping, photo editing, photo web site, word processor, spread sheet, calendar and on and on. Others may have made feeble attempts, but Google has mastered the deal... 'use us and we'll give you more'.Philip Russel, December 16, 2009 11:51 AM
