We brought you the story of the Gustafson family from Melfort on Oct 06. They are in the Phillipines, working in health care, and they are trying to help some of the country's poorest people survive the flood.

Dreams in pictures

How do you take a picture of someone's dream? An art collective from Regina, called the Turner Prize hoped to do just that. They used antiquated psychology equipment to put people in a dreamy state of mind. Then they interpreted the dreams and put together photos like these. You can check out the full collection at the Dunlop Art Gallery and the Sherwood Branch Library until January 3rd.

Marathon in Nepal

Robb and Jeanette Taylor of Lumdsen are heading to Nepal to participate in the Marathon on Everest. They will be race marshalls for the marathon that is in early December. Robb has run the marathon before, but it's Jeanette's first time. They are raising funds for a school building project in Nepal.
