Dogsitting During the Flood at Cumberland House

dog delivery.JPG
The evacuation of the village of Cumberland House and the neighbouring Cumberland House Cree Nation means some dogs are left behind. Approximately 2,200 people there had to leave quickly over the weekend while flood waters make their way from Alberta. Around 80 of the empty homes still have dogs there.

Craig talks to Cumberland House mayor, Valerie Deschambeault about a special government delivery to help feed the dogs.
