With some senators in hot water over just where they really live these days, we were wondering whether that really matters. Craig speaks to Howard Leeson, political science professor emeritus at University of Regina, and formerly the chief civil servant under Allan Blakeney's provincial NDP who had a hand in negotiating the constitution in 1981. The man, who has taught about the constitution for most of his life, says its rules for senator residency do matter. Here's what he said to Craig.
