The program traces the history of harness racing on Prince Edward Island, and looks at 4 types of participants: The tradtionalists, the small operators, the professionals, and those who race for fun. A camera mounted on a sulky rig records the jostling, the dust and the sounds of pounding hooves and shouting drivers
