In the episode, Brady plays Jackie Kinghorn, an old pal of Mochrie's character Kip. Set in Toronto the early-1960s, the sitcom chronicles the life of Kip Delaney and Ruby Kendall, a married/divorced/re-married couple who have a failing variety show called "It's Ruby and Kip".
