Meredith MacNeill

Meredith MacNeill is a co-creator, writer, producer, and star of CBC’s hit sketch comedy series Baroness Von Sketch Show. She is also a writer and regular cast member on Canada’s satirical news program This Hour Has 22 Minutes. She has worked alongside world-class comedians her entire career – with David Mitchell and Robert Webb on their long-running series Peep Show, alongside Nick Frost in the UK comedy series Man Stroke Woman (produced by Ash Attala of The Office), with Anna Faris in Frequently Asked Questions About Time Travel, and opposite Simon Pegg in The Good Night.

Meredith also recently starred in two feature films – North Mountain and Your Money or Your Life – the latter for which she won the Best Actress Joan Orenstein Award.

Meredith began her career in the world of theater, working with the Royal Shakespeare Company after graduating from the Royal Academy of Dramatic Art in London, and from there going on to Shakespeare’s Globe Theatre, Theatre de Complicité, Bush, and the Arcola Theatre.
