TORONTO - A severe form of pneumonia moving through Asia has now surfaced in Canada, causing the death of two people.
A Toronto woman and her 44-year-old son died in early March. They had recently returned from a visit to Hong Kong. Four other family members are in hospital with the disease.
The same illness has been reported in British Columbia, where one person is in intensive care at a Vancouver hospital and another has recovered.
