Hall awaits judge's decision on tonight's prom

He has his tuxedo. He has his date. He's even rented a limo. But until the judge makes his ruling, Marc Hall still doesn't know what his plans are for tonight.
Hall is waiting for the court to decide whether he has the right to bring his boyfriend to the prom, or whether the Durham Catholic School Board is within its rights to ban same-sex couples from attending the celebration.
Earlier this week, Hall was in court challenging a decision by his principal and the Catholic School Board. They don't want Hall and his boyfriend at tonight's prom because they say an active homosexual lifestyle goes against Catholic values.
