Vancouver The wife of a Canadian officer serving in Afghanistan, says her husband and other soldiers are trying to make sense of the deaths of four Canadian soldiers in a "friendly-fire" accident near Kandahar.
Captain Glen Piper of the Third Battalion of the Princess Patricia's Canadian Light Infantry, is originally from Victoria.
The dead Canadians were taking part in a live-fire training exercise when an American F-16 dropped at least one bomb on them.
