ROME, N.Y. - Thirty years ago, it brought to life the legendary expression "sex, drugs and rock and roll." This weekend, Woodstock is back.
The 1999 version of the famous rock festival takes place in upstate New York.
Concert-goers have been crowding all the roads that lead to Rome, a town just east of Syracuse, New York.
The festival site is a former Air Force base. The grounds boast an operational hospital, more than 2,500 porta-johns, and 245 acres of campgrounds.
